Anneshia is a consummate professional, amazing trainer, and brilliant thought-leader. I have known and worked with her for about ten years now, over which time she has probably conducted at least a dozen training modules for me. Ms. Freeman developed a training program for the Michigan Youth Challenge Academy that revolutionized how the Challenge Program managed the emotional well-being of its cadets. Anneshia’s instruction and motivational sessions instituted a 360-degree Cadet support system that involved families, friends, and staff members of Challenge cadets. I am so very thankful for her extraordinary efforts to make a difference in the lives of the cadets!
